The desk itself is sturdy and well-designed. I initially received a top panel that lacked a proper lacquer finish, but the customer service team handled it quickly and professionally. They replaced the part without any hassle, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend both the product and the company behind it!

We LOVE the Monroe desk!! We searched for a desk for quite a while both at local furniture stores and online. I am always leery of making such a big purchase without actually seeing the product in person. Before buying, I phoned Zuri with a few questions and they were very helpful and kind.
