Hello, I am more than madly in love w my first Halo. It needs to be layered in but it’s a Purfect match and it feels like my own hair. Your customer service was awesome. I wasn’t home to sign for the oackage and I was fearful it would get lost or sent back . It was at my local USPO. All ended well . I need to figure out how to tighten the halo hanger itself but will get more direction when I get my hair layered in on the 17th. I was ready ordered a 12” halo and a ponytail .
