We appreciate the variety of offerings, the ease of the process and excellent customer service!

Specifically, my organization felt Kim provided superior service, but trying to hike the price of the package up AFTER we had contracted for it, left a bad taste in our mouths. We know our audience and we knew what price we could top at. The clause that YOU get to change the price if your vendor changes the price, is totally unfair to the customer and stacks the deck against a non profit. Although concession was made, it was an added tension, we did not need to go through. We are naturally reluctant about using Winspire again, and certainly will never sign a contract with a clause like that in it again.

Thank you for providing this service for organizations like ours. Having the opportunity to grab our guests attention with an all-inclusive vacation or exclusive experience helps build the excitement before and during our event. It helps to know that even if a trip doesn't sell there is no obligation to purchase. We have always sold at least one trip though and the process of getting the winning bidder their voucher is really easy. Your customer service reps are helpful and friendly as well. No complaints here, thank you again for the opportunity!

We used Winspire for our Gala this year and had a wonderful experience. The items to choose from that we added to our event was a nice selection and appealed to all ages. We have used Winspire in our past events and the winners of the items have been pleased with their trips. The customer service is top notch. Christopher Torres was our representative and he was always available to answer any questions that I had. We had an event where the raffle package was unintentionally not confirmed by us & eventually was cancelled by you. The winner of the raffle prize called us to claim her prize & make a request for a change. That's when we discovered, we messed up by not confirming & paying for the package. Not to worry, though, because Kyle Catino assisted me in getting everything reinstated and taken care of in short order. I have used Winspire for the past 2 major fundraisers for our school. The trips add such excitement prior to the event, helping with ticket sales. And at the event the bidding wars are hilarious. And those who have completed their trips always give the highest compliments to the Winspire Concierge staff. Their advice on selecting trips that will appeal to our crowd have also been spot on!

Winspere has faboulus adventures and is easy to use. There is great support all along the way -- and did I mention it is easy to use?
