Happy with overall service but not always 100% happy with the wine ordered ie. understand there is 100% quality guarantee but sometimes it does come down to vintage & taste which is not always suitable when you are generally ordering a dozen.

I think there is always a decent amount of variety with different price ranges to help with budget to suit a lot of customers. Love the the fast delivery too!

I was extreemly impressed that I was phoned this morning after not finalising a purchase on line . I had tried to use a coupon for free shipping , which had expired hours before , so I decided to give it all a miss......Until I got a call offering the free shipping on my 2 boxes, a saving of $30. 00. Thank you 😊. Am now looking forward to my wine being delivered . Great service
