I received an email notice a week after ordering and paying that my wine was ready for shipment. Over a week after receiving that email and 2 weeks post payment, still no shipment. This is my first time using WineExpress and not a good first impression. Not sure I would use again.

Never got the product. UPS charges you to choose the date it delivers which I’m not paying for … therefore I wasn’t home to sign when the product came. This is why all the wineries we order direct from use FedEx, we are able to select a date in which someone will be home to sign for the package. As long as you are using UPS or don’t have a way to select arrival date we will not use wine express. Delivery dates matter ..

Ordering and delivery services were very good.
