Always a pleasure doing business with Windy City Cigars. Much more variety in RYO tobacco and filter tubes than any of the local "smoke" shops in my area. Not to mention a good variety of pipe tobacco in tins and pouches when I feel like splurging is little.

The site is a bit scattered when it comes to tinned pipe tobacco and rather akward to navigate your limited selection (Hint: expand the selection) and some of the prices are markedly higher than your competitors combined with rather high shipping charges. When I purchase RYO suppies, no problems. All said, I'm a repeat customer and will remain such. 3 stars due due high shipping fee's and site navigation for tinned pipe tobacco.
