Love the regular updates to back order items arriving and being shipped. Vivid’s website also has a wish-list option which stops me from ordering one of everything, a tough exercise in restraint! Not all suppliers have this. As if the customer service wasn’t already great, the Vivid ‘notify me’ function is gold! I can jump on as soon as something I need is back in stock. Super helpful Vivid team who offer high quality Akzentz gels and accessories. So glad I found them 🥰

I had a lot of problems with my first purchase with the company, they sent my products missing some items that they did not have in stock, but to send the missing ones took almost three months. It's been more than a week since I needed to place an order again and until today I've never received any email with an update of the shipment, I saw that it hasn't even left there yet. Because of this, I am always in doubt when recommending the company.
