I purchased one of their OTF knives approximately one and a half years ago and now it’s broke. I called them. They said send a video of the broken knife and what it’s doing or not doing to an email address they gave me, support@vioerknives.com. It’s been about a week ago since I sent that and they still haven’t gotten back with me. I would suggest don’t waste your money on this particular knife company go look somewhere else spend a little more money get something better with a support department that will help you.

I have ordered 4 knives, 2 OTF & 2 switch blades. 1 OTF broke in the first month (spring). 2nd OTF sent was the wrong knife. No help with customer service getting the correct one. 1 of the switch blades safety broke with first use. It's also completely plastic. For $$$ you think it would be decent quality. Last one has lasted but it's not a viper Tec brand. I will never purchase from this company again, I would prefer to buy from fle markets. The last knife did it for me, worst knife I have ever owned. Definitely sending it back.

Sold me a knife that broke immediately, paint chipped first day and then the metal components insode broke first month. I contacted them and they fed me bs and didn't offer a refund. I bought two knives from them and I never will again. Totally not a knife enthusiast anymore after this hassle.

I made a mistake three different times and these great people at this company fixed it for me three separate times when it was 100% my fault not to mention their products is just as good if not better than the service they provide

Viper Tec products are very good. Customer service is not so good. Customer service is very slow on getting back or if they do at all. I have also had trouble getting the discounts to always work.( However it may be my lack of skill on the computer or not understanding Viper Tec's site.) I have spent a lot of money buying Viper Tec knives because of quality for my knife collection and for Christmas gifts. Bob K.

I like this VIPER TEC BLACK GHOST with the HORNET blade so much I brought 2 of them. The blade is great and weight of the BLACK GHOST is perfect it's very solid. The only problem is the tolerance could be tighter its loose but not by much and I can live with that. I would recommend to anyone buy this knife it's worth it!!!

The quality of the knives are solid and durable. You can feel it in the weight of the materials it was made from. The OTF action is smooth and quick. The release button is positioned in the right location when gripping the handle and has the right resistance to prevent accidental activation.

I'm 48 yrs old and from the mountains of WV. And a good knife is a must have. So I've had alot of knifes through the years and I have to say this Viper Tec knife is the best knife I've ever had. The quality and craftsmanship is unbelievable. It has an amazing look and feel to it. And the sharpness is just unrealistic. You can literally shave with this blade. I'm proud to be the owner of such an amazing product. And the look and feel of it in my hands just seals the deal. And I only have 2 fingers on my left hand and none on my right due to a work related tragedy. This knife makes me feel more at ease with my loss due to I can now open and close it without needing anybody to help me. Thanks Viper Tec.
