Can’t fault the service

The majority of the goods I purchased were good. Just this last planter was not.

Shipping and service was fine just a shame the item isn’t doing what it’s supposed to do

Super quick delivery with good communication

Ordering was easy, straightforward website with lots to choose from. Vidaxl have a store on Amazon too but I chose to buy direct as the delivery dates were better. Shipping was quick The item came in the original box so people can see what it is. I don't think a 25kg washing machine cabinet is going to be the thiefs first choice off the lorry, but worth bearing in mind if it's more expensive garden equipment etc.. The item is well packed inside with polystyrene and bubble wrap to protect the wood edges. Email communication on the order was easy to understand. Will be happy to use again.
