my customer service dude was awesome. I needed my sweater in 3 days for my get together and they got it to me in 2 days. It was to small and they understood. Next time I'll order a xxl. Even though I made a last minute selection that was out of stock; I was notified in a matter of days that it was back in stock and could be shipped to arrive by Christmas, which it did. Other companies should look to 'Ugly Christmas Sweater' if they wish to establish an excellent customer service department.
