I honestly don’t understand what some people online whine about. This company has one of the most reasonable business models, including their refund policy (60 days is pretty generous!) and their customer support. I did have to ask for a refund once and received it within 3 days. Corresponding with their support via email has always been a smooth experience. All in all I’ve been very happy with the way I’ve been treated. Tweakbit is an honest and reliable business to deal with.

I bought an HP printer from Ebay several months ago, but getting my computer to recognize and use it proved to be a challenge beyond anything I could have expected! It was an older model and the drivers that came on a CD with it did not seem to work right on my Windows 8 computer. I found Tweakbit Driver Updater on Google, installed it and this program immediately found the right drivers for my printer model. My only regret was that I didn’t look it up sooner. I had spent several weeks trying to get the thing to work, reading online forums and so on. Tweakbit’s program got the drivers installed and got my printer working right for me right away. Anyone facing the same problem I had with my printer should get this program!

I am very happy with the way my laptop has been running since I installed PC speedup about a month ago. It definitely improved the speed of things especially online videos and Windows launching. I say that’s great value for the money.

Great to see a company that’s got it right. Using their computer cleanup and speedup programs and enjoying my trouble-free computer. Haven’t tried their driver updater yet, it’s next on my list for when I have the time for it.

All of the software I’m using on my computers for everyday needs comes from Tweakbit except for my AVG antivirus. I wish Tweakbit would make a security program or add security protection to their PC Suite. It would have been perfect then.

I had an old desktop computer that was basically unusable. Never thought I’d need to use it anymore but when my main computer broke down at the worst of times I figured I’d try to revive the old clunker. Boy was it glitchy!!! The moment I turned it up it started popping out all sorts of errors with the red X’s and multi digit codes. I found this program on Google and scanned my computer with it. It found thousands of errors and reported that I had to purchase a license to fix them. I kind of expected that I wouldn’t be able to do anything for free so I paid up and the program fixed all the errors on my computer in a couple of minutes. I did hope it would work but it was still a bit of a surprise when my old rusty machine started running just as well as the newer computer did before it broke down. It’s nothing short of a miracle really.

Tweakbit keeps my PC humming along just as I hoped it would. Very reliable software and works as advertised.

Buying the program was easy, installing it was easy and using it is a piece of cake. It was actually recommended to me by a friend so I didn’t read any reviews for it. Worked out great.

All good. I recommend Tweakbit to anyone. It will help your computer like it did mine.

I guess you have to put up with some (sh.t) inconveniences to get good results. I was about to call it quits when they kept offering me more software to buy but good thing I didn’t. I found that the best combination that an average computer may need is PC suite and the driver thingy. Had to jump through some hoops to get to it but I got my refunds for the other programs and am happy now with these two. There was a third program I got for free but can’t think of where to use it. Doesn’t seem like my computer needs it. show less

I can’t say I love this software... I honestly don’t get it how anyone can love software... It’s like saying “I just love socks!” lol… I find that PC speedup makes my computer a tad faster or at least doesn’t let it slow down and that’s all that matters to me... It serves its purpose well enough…

I’ve been using this program for almost 2 years now and must say that it’s the only optimizer I will ever put on any of my computers. I’d had so many problems with other programs of this kind that getting no crashes or other issues after installing PCSuite was a true surprise to me. I’ll stick with this program for as long as it keeps working smoothly and keeping my computer fast.

PCSpeedUp optimized my PC and it's now running better when ever!

Every software program I’ve bought from this company has worked as advertised. I called their support once and got a rude guy with an Indian accent who didn’t seem to have enough technical knowledge to help me. Maybe it was just my bad luck but I will never call their support again. Hope I don’t have the need to do that anyway. The programs are working fine on both of my computers at the moment.

I called them with a problem their software couldn’t address and they actually walked me through fixing it. The guy spent like 40 minutes on the phone with me helping me change various settings until the problem was solved. It’s hard to believe you can get this kind of service these days.

FixMyPC really works! It fixed the error popup I used to get every single time my computer booted. I’ve started up my computer close to 10 times since I used this software and haven’t gotten the error! It’s a lifesaver!

I did see results with PC speedup, but I think they could have included more features for the price. Good thing I found it at a decent discount on a software outlet site.

Tweakbit’s PC Suite is one system utility program that really works. You won’t be disappointed if you get it for your computer. It cleans and makes things work faster. Tested and confirmed by me ;)

This PCBooster was a free program my brother got with some other software he bought from Tweakbit. He decided he didn’t need it and gave it to me. It is the simplest pc booster I’ve ever seen. It has just one big control with 4 buttons you can click to get your computer set up for whatever you are doing on it. And that’s pretty much it. And I’m positive it works, especially in the game mode.
