This was a replacement for my original joystick that had an issue after approximately 11 months. The support staff were patient, professional, friendly, and worked with me to get a replacement with no hassle. An overall GREAT experience.

Love them, I use Razer personally for headsets but over scuf or the elite (Xbox) I prefer the turtle beach recon just because the price and durability are sooooooo drastically different it’d be stupid to get a scuf that has less features besides 2 more back paddles. The grip on the turtle beach controller doesn’t start tearing off like on the elite or slowly degrading and becoming sticky like scuf. It maintains its form, feel, and purpose very well. For your money vs what you get out of the controller I couldn’t recommend or find a controller that can compete.
