I have noticed a reduction in discomfort from the very first day. However, these capsules do not take away my pains completely, but any reduction is welcome! The main difficulty is in taking the capsules at the stipulated time before meals - that means usually while travelling, or being in a place without a water supply, or both. Anyway, they seem to work even if I don't follow the instructions to the letter. I will be buying again.
