Terrible service from ordering to delivery to communication about a fault.

TTS is good at most things but in this case the box is too small for the roll and it arrived squashed and unusable.

Very unhappy, very bad customer service. Been waiting for a product for nearly 2 months which should have been delivered in 3/4 weeks. Will never use TTS again!

First up, the product is so great. Looks expensive and is well packaged. But the company sent me 4 when I paid for 1, then when I queried it, were slow to respond and booked a collection without telling me. I was worried they would take more money from my account that I couldn’t afford and they were never reassuring. It was worrying to hand over the product to a courier without any knowledge if they were a real one. Terrible communication

My experience with TTS was excellent. If you could sell a basic suitable glaze for the clay the experience would not just be excellent but perfect!

Poor shipping service

Very bad delivery.

Slow to respond to emails. Do not answer questions. Currently attempting to schedule a phone call rather than confirming my refund.

Lovely product little bit over my budget but the babies love them in my care. As a childminder I like yto buy good quality but don't always have the budget.

This time delivery was an issue. Tts staff were helpful in resolving the issue
