Hi recently tested the Oak Orginila Wood filament. The filament requires some caution at the insertion as it is somehow more fragile than a regular PLA filament. I used it on an AlfawiseU20 printer (220° hot tip - 50° Heat Bed). So when inserting the filament for the priming just push it slower and with more caution than with regular PLA. Beside of this caution, it behaves purely the same. I had not placed the filament coil on a dedicated bobine, nor support, and it was hanging freely from the table , so, at one time during the process, it just broke. Which is not an issue as the AlfaWiseU20 as a filament limit detection. And this is due to my setup, it could have been easily prevented if I had loaded the filament on a more appropriate support. I printed a pen holder stump found on thingiverse (about 10*10*10cm size). I dropped the speed for the first layer to 25M of the regular printing speed just to see how this would behave. Adherence on a regular Buildtak was perfect , not any sign of wrapping , priming, went issueless; And the stump grew like a tree... No issue during the process... I have to admit I had to take a cutter blade to collect the final piece, but I used a Brim of 5mm which was finally not required (unless for cleaning the hot tip)... As regular PLA ... Excellent finish... The striation on the end product looks awesome, and the smell during the printing (of slightly smoked wood) makes the product so "natural"... To be honest, it makes me considering making all my prints in wood, due to the results and look so "Durable"... So as a conclusion, very first test of the WOOD filament 1.75, very successful and very pleased.... Effortless and awesome result 5 stars product... A top product for architect, modelers... Looks like wood (or recycled brown cardboard) but is so Light ! Perfect for RC airplanes addict (old school "balsa lovers" ones ... yet with a touch of high-tech (y) ) ...

Hi Recently tested the Flex "1.75 Brave Black"... Despite all warnings I had read on The web with regards to all the issue faced with the Flex Filaments, I was extremely surprised on how this filament Behaved. I use An AlfaWiseU20 with Cura, had set parameters to HeatBed 90°C, Hottip 230°C. Insertion of the filament was no issue at all, no need to add oil or lubricant, just push as any other PLA filament and it goes fine... Extrusion for priming was done with no issue. First test print (a very detailed and articulated iPhone case) went very well. Result is awesome, flexibility very present. I also tested some GoProlike accessories (as sub cam joint ring) and the result was perfect, fits perfectly and is as flexible as should be)... Therefore a 5 star of the ICE Flex Filament as it is as easy a regular PLA and as a great flexibility (comparable to tire rubber tubes, more stiff than silicone) but great for rings, watch repair, arm laces, ... Easy and great product. Just adhere to the product recommendation. Didn't saw any wrapping nor issue during printing. I didn't used any anchor method (no skirt, no brim) as the item printed was with a solid base. Detachment from the Buildtak was effortless with the regular tool (no knife needed)... And no particular odor requiring the room to be ventilated... As I said Easy ....

Alle bestelde producten zijn uitstekend verpakt en snel geleverd. Het Ultimaker ABS filament is duur maar laat zich uitstekend verwerken met goede resultaten als gevolg. Wat mij betreft kunnen ze de chip die de kleur doorstuurt ervan af halen en het filament goedkoper maken.

Ultimaker S5 besteld, had hem dringend nodig, evenwel te grote transportverpakking voor mijn auto, volgende dag vòòr 9:00 in huis en om 10:00 probleemloos aan het printen! Persoonlijk al 4 jaar klant (Ultimaker 2+), de S5 nu voor bedrijf gekocht, altijd erg tevreden geweest en een super service! Werkelijk aan te bevelen.

Lockbuild werkt voor mij zeer goed. Was heel makkelijk om aan te brengen op het hotbed. In het begin plakten mijn prints iets te hard, maar nu ik de nozzle iets hoger heb gezet komen de prints wel goed los na het printen. Zelfs ABS prints met een redelijk groot oppervlak trekken niet meer krom sinds ik lockbuild gebruik.
