Their customer service is trash. I placed an order on April 10th of two protein powders (French Vanilla and Chocolate Chip Banana Bread) and lean pre-workout (Strawberry-Lemonade). Arrived on April 16th, used the French Vanilla protein powder for a couple of days and it just always had this weird aftertaste to it that I'm just not happy with. I emailed on April 27th, May 1st, May 6th, and used the contact us feature on their website one time during that time frame as well and have yet to receive a response. Their refund policy states if you are not satisfied with the product, they will offer a full refund or store credit. All I wanted was store credit because I liked the other two products that I purchased and have used both of them almost daily and would love to repurchase. Don't state on your website that you aim to reply within 24 hours and strive for a satisfaction guarantee if you don't even have the decency to reply to your customers at all.

Love TL products so I signed up for the subscription service thinking I would be a continued customer. Took 10 days to get a shipment notification email, another 5 days to recieve the product. I live one state over, could take longer for other locations.

Transparent Labs have wonderful products that come out with great results.

Don’t understand the hype behind their products.. coming from bucked up I was very excited to try transparent labs protein, pre workout and creatine but everytime I use either creatine or pre workout and open the lid a explosion of powder comes off. I’ve tried wiping the lids and rims and it’s not like I keep them in a bag that tosses and turns. They are left on a flat table and it’s just super messy. I’ve tried some other brands too like bucked up and Vega protein and generic brands and none had that issue. Considering this is a bit pricier than most I’m super sad about the products

Only second order in and not impressed with how long the shipping takes!! Ordered 8/9 and it’s now 8/19 and no products yet! Site has a good discount but a few bucks more on Amazon and I have my products the next day or so!! Have to reevaluate my next order!

Unfortunately the order from July 8/2024 hasn’t been delivered and there’s no update on the tracking. CS responded poorly! That’s my very first order and definitely my very last order with this lot!

We loved this protein powder! The 4lb tub is great, the most cost-effective. We got the Chocolate flavor but the only thing we didn't love is it tasted a little too sweet for us, personally. We got the Unflavored when we reordered, just wish it came in the 4lb tub.

Super convenient shopping experience. I signed up for a subscription, and they make it super easy to delay upcoming shipments if I find that I still need to get through the product I already have. Great product line as well! I've found the pre-workout particularly effective and it doesn't have that horrid fake sugar after-taste you typically have in just about every other pre-workout powder out there.

Amazing product I will definitely recommend this to my friends. I will share in multimedia as well once I get my channel set up. I get great pumps and energy. I am a big guy so the amount of ingredients is fit for a guy my size.
