I ordered a tin of stain and was sent the wrong product. A quick online chat and I was told a replacement would be sent out, so great customer service so far. I received an email confirmation the new product, but it took a very long time to arrive. I phoned and was told there were no appropriate sized boxes in stock, so my order was being held up. I didn't mind this, but l would have appreciated an email or a phone call to keep me informed of the reason for the delay. Product arrived two or three days later. I managed to complete the job on my front windowsill and all is good again.

Fortunate to spot high quality yacht varnish at half price in sale but generally good prices and good service all round ! We had crossed wires at one point but sorted quickly, amicably and very much in my favour - cannot get better than that.
