DC Quitclaim Deed
After reading some of the reviews from customers, I felt comfortable to use Total Legal to prepare a Quitclaim Deed. After receiving the documents, the contents which was what I expected, up to the point where the Notary Acknowledgement document was missing. After promising to rectify the problem with no success, I was given a refund. I am very disappointed.
