I had some warranty repairs to a recent preamp purchase, and scheduled a pick-up date/time far in the future because of my schedule. That meant no vinyl listening. However, yesterday my schedule opened up, and I spoke directly with Lauren, who cheerfully agreed to find my preamp and arrange so that I could pick it up just 30 minutes later. I know how busy they are, and it was very kind of her to make a special effort to allow me to get my preamp ahead of schedule, instead of a few days in the future. I was so happy with how they treated me, I went ahead and purchased a Denafrips Pontus II DAC that I had been considering. In discussions with Ryan. It is a stunner in both looks and performance. Purchase and trade in great. Except very long time from when TMR received trade in and sent payment. 9 days now and no word. Email said possibly over 2 weeks. Messing up my credit card and bank accounts. This is way too long
