Kind of want a refund

in the statistics and probability made easy app, I have noticed an issue with certain non-parametric tests. The Wilcoxon ranked sum, signed rank, and Kruskal-Wallis tests are not properly accounting for repeating values in a table. When it ranks the values, it is putting the repeating values in the order they appear instead of averaging the ranks of the two values. The result is not exact enough for proper hypothesis testing. Other that that, the app works well and gives accurate information for the other tests.

This app has been an absolute life saver. As an adult returning to school for an engineering degree, this app has helped bring me back up to speed in many mathematical areas. I've enjoyed it so much I've already purchased Calculus Made easy in anticipation of it's benefits.

Ive been using tinspireapps for about 5 years and Ive always been happy. When I sold my tinspire cx and purchased a cas instead, they just gave me new key. When I came for a suggestions for an app they made it happen in less then 1 hour, that is just amazing :D When I had a problem with an excersize they responsed me with help same day. As an Electrical Engineering major, it can be overwhelming to keep track of all the formulas, whether it be Physics, Calculus, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, et Cetera. Without exaggeration, the "Made Easy" applications have changed grades positively by an estimated average of 10 extra points (out of 100), especially on exams, midterms, and finals. Not to mention the outstanding customer service from Mike. I accidentally ordered CAS applications (I didn't own a CAS at the time), shot an email to customer service, and he resolved everything in under fifteen minutes.

I did a Google search for AP Calc BC tutors that could help my son learn advanced calculator functionality. I was impressed to learn Mike literally writes the software for the TI. If you are looking for an amazing teacher, who is a great communicator, who writes software for the TINspire, Mike is your person. We engaged Mike for Calc BC tutoring services. Additionally, Mike has experience as an AP Calc reader, so that helps the student learn the preferred methods of the AP readers. We hope to work with Mike as a tutor in the upcoming school year as our son takes multivariable calculus.

The product itself is very helpful, but so is the customer service.

I paid 100$ and I didn't get my programs. This is ridiculous.

This is legit and the people in charge respond promptly when you experience issues.

I have purchased Calculus Made Easy, Physics Made Easy, and Statistics Made Easy. These programs have gotten me multiple 100%'s on tests in my AP classes and are a huge time save on homework. Instead of having to spend time on the internet looking things up that I've forgotten, I can just pull out my calculator and get the answer much faster. Just the fact that these guys were able to make a step by step symbolic integration tool is incredible. I previously only owned an HP Prime and actually decided to buy a TI-Nspire CX II CAS just for these programs since nothing like this exists for the Prime, and it has been more than worth it. I will be definitely be buying more of Mike's programs for my classes next year!

I don't often go to write reviews but this has been an amazing help for me, 100% worth the money it does take some time to figure it out but once you do its absolutely amazing.

Mike has been a life saver and has answered all of my (many) questions. These applications have helped me in my course so very much! Thank you again for your great programs!

Garbo Calc

Hello!! I have Stats&Prob Made Easy running on a TI-89, and I like the program very much and I highly recommend it!!! However, I downloaded the trial version from your website to try out on my TI-92+ (screen is bigger), and it seemed to install fine, but whenever I try to execute any operation, I get "Internal Error" popup box. Is there some adjustment I need to make to the 92+ ? Thanks very much!!!

Happy Saturday to all. First of all, I would like to give direct thanks and appreciation to Mike W. for the great service he gave. I was bothered all day in trying to figure so much out with files and new app downloads and other technical issues. But Mike was soooo patient with me. Let me add that today is Saturday February 5, 2022 and the TI-Care office was closed. That was just fine, because not only do that online chat available, but assisted me directly via (z**m) internet. This was the best customer service I have ever had from anyone over the internet. He had a very unique voice and was pleasing to listen to. I honestly have used the app totally yet, but it works and its downloaded to the calculator with no problem once I received direct help from Mike W. He did not ask me to give a review, I asked him may I. As like I told him, I will be using their services more in the future. Oh, and I found out about them through YouTube. This app and more are for the TI- NSpire CX and etc. Calculator. As a reminder, It cost for the apps. However, I truly felt as if I paid for the service. I will come back at a later time sharing more about my opinion. I was just excited about the customer service than anything. Sooo, thanks Mike W. They have the recordings for the proof.

This app is amazing! It's a little bit pricy, but it is worth it in the long run. Having each problem clearly and thoroughly worked out in detail has helped me to understand Calc II much better. I highly recommend Calculus Made Easy!

These apps are amazing. They literally have almost everything you are looking for. If not, you can email the support team for an update and they are very responsive to their customers. You get the update you want with the problems you need to solve. I love these apps and this company. I have recommended them to everyone I know.

Amazingly helpful app, just packed with all those equations that any electronics person need! Purchase experience was very straightforward with excellent video help. I even managed to mistype my ti inspire number, which Mike sorted for me in a flash. Can’t recommend this enough.
