Very impressed with fast delivery (paid extra for next day) and packaging + contents were as shown on website. Have used other hamper services and the quality of The Hamper Emporium was evident upon delivery, our company has them delivered to head office first, so we can inspect prior to hand delivery to our customer or community relations. We will use The Hamper Emporium again should the need arise, we would also love to see more gift packs without alcohol in the under $100 range

You're a little ahead of things, currently I can only evaluate the website and your ability to extract payment, which was no worse and no better than other on-line PFP sites! The proof of your service will be based the purchased product being delivered on the day requested and the quality of the product at delivery, thanks.

A bit disappointed that when I rang and spoke to your customer service team member and explained that I wanted the item delivered on a specific date the parcel was delivered 1 day prior to this said date (even wrote on the order the date and day)

I did a Google search for a gift basket company located in Adelaide for a same day wedding anniversary delivery for my parents. The Hamper Emporium search came up showing an Adelaide address so I proceeded with the order. I then received an email to say that the company is interstate and it would take 3-5 working days for me delivery to be received. Not good enough. Almost false advertising to show an Adelaide address....need to provide better details in the website. As a consequence I cancelled my order and found a true local company.

Wanted to send an alternative to flowers to my sister in Australia (Im in the UK). Googled some websites and found yours, so easy to use and my sister was in tears when she received her hamper, she loved it so much! Would defo recommend

The hamper arrived the next day after I ordered it and the receiver was so happy.

This item was delivered on 3rd June. I wanted it delivered on the 5th. June as a birthday present. By delivering earlier the sense of occassion was lost. Not pleased.

This was a great way to get a birthday present to my daughter in Victoria. This is the second year I have done this and she loves the hampers I have sent. My only criticism is that they delivered a day early this year despite the delivery instructions. I will definitely use them again soon as my other daughter is expecting her first baby in a few weeks. Great work team :-)

the box is beautiful, however the value for money was not there in your international food hamper. definitely not $150 worth of food there. Won't be using your services again.
