I needed help finding backing fabrics for some pillows I’m making and I had great help from the staff with good suggestions for options. Found everything I was looking for.

I gave you a 5star review for the project.I loved the material and the quilt and cannot wait to get started. However the box was smashed and taped together. Also the material for the quilt and the stash extras were wet : not soaking wet but definitely wet. But I am glad it made it here!

Swatches arrived fairly quickly and I was kept informed via email regarding when swatches shipped and when they were out for delivery.

I love that I can see a fabric online and order a swatch so I can see and feel it before I make the purchase. Also, their surprise bundles are a fun way to experience fabric I might not ordinarily use. My orders are always shipped out quickly and since they use the US Postal Service, they arrive promptly. Great customer service. Great fabrics. Fast shipping, when what I order is in stock. Sometimes what I order is out of stock but they are quick to contact me and ask what I want to do. If they tell me it has been reordered and will be coming in soon, I choose to wait until it comes in.

Excellent Customer Service

I signed up for the Quilt this City swatch program and when I went to pay the apron pattern was still in my cart. I had tried to buy it online weeks prior but had problems getting the sale to wrap up. I am not the most techy but I did manage to buy both at that point but I don’t think your checkout process is as streamlined as it could be…however, your shop is wonderful as is the staff and the perks of being a customer there are a nice surprise. I’m talking about the unexpected 10% off I received the other day because of past purchases adding up. And I really appreciate everything you do for the Modern Guild.

I ordered a sewing pattern but my size wasn’t in stock. The store emailed me asking if I was willing to wait for it or cancel. I was willing to wait and the pattern arrived after a slight wait. All worked seamlessly.
