I can't find Ultramel in the US and its by far the best custard I've ever had.

Such a treat of have some of my favorite South African goodies delivered to me here in the US. Such a variety to choose from it was hard to narrow down what I was going to order because there is so much to choose from. Great company great experience. Will definitely order again soon!

This was my second order and everything is shipped from South Africa and the order arrives within 10 working days. Everything is always packed to high standard and the owner always follows the order while it’s in transit and she sends the tracking information. Also the owner is very flexible and she can get everything that the customer wants. The good thing about Cape Grocer is that she sells some of the stuff in bulk, which is a good idea especially when you live in USA. I highly recommend ordering from her and I found my Metro or pick n pay. I will always be buying from her.

Danielle at THE CAPE GROCER offers the best prices of all the South African shops - on and off line.. While still the new kid on the block, she's building up her list of goods. You won't find a nicer "grocer" or better prices anywhere. I'm sold on the Cape Grocer.

Just bought some Melrose Cheese spread. It was delivered quickly and the process was very efficient. The cheese spread also only expires late next year, not like some shops where the product is expiring soon.

I couldn't find what I was looking for ANYWHERE and they went the extra mile to not only help me get what I needed, but even to provide me with a recipe! Great store!
