I started using your toothpaste in January hoping for good results. My dental exams are usually pretty good, with less than 10 minutes of scraping and picking plaque off my teeth. Then, they check on my cavaties to see if they are progressing. I have a few small ones but haven't need to have one filled in years. At the beginning of June I had finally had my next appointment. The hygenist picked around for 2 or 3 minutes, then kind of threw her hands in the air in defeat and said, "your teeth look great! Keep doing what you are doing!" The dentist didn't even talk about my cavaties, so I don't know what's up with them. I am feeling pretty confident with switching from the normal toothpaste to Terra. I have even noticed a slight whitening of my teeth. I am totally sold on the effectiveness of your toothpaste. Now to try the floss!

Plenty of high quality floss. I love it.

I really like the floss. Unlike a lot of flosses I have tried, this does not shred/leave little fibers stuck behind or break. It is easy to slide between teeth and slide out again, which can be difficult with other flosses. Biodegradable is also what I was looking for.
