I was to receive 6 letters of free engraving and my knife was mailed to me without it. Even after a ustomer service rep told me on the phone it was being done.

The salesperson was awesome and walked me through getting the perfect knife. This took a minute since Victorinox discontinued the one I was looking for.

I ordered some random SAK things (replacement tweezers and toothpicks and a smart clip). I was a little worried about what I had read on yelp and reddit about SKS and their shipping times but once i saw that SKS was an authorized Victorinox dealer i was no longer worried. Their own website tells you itll be 1-3 to get dealt with and then standard shipping is 4-7 days. My stuff came 9 total days after ordering in the middle of the night on fri/sat. Totally reasonable time and the items were in a strong cardboard mailer. Will buy from here again.
