The brake pads and rotors came with an appropriate amount of packing material in the box to keep them from getting damaged. They came on time, and they were well priced.

The parts were listed as in stock and that they would arrive a few days before I planned to work on my car. After ordering I got an email that they must be ordered from the manufacturer. I contacted 2 times to be told it was arriving that day and would ship right out. The 3rd time I called the gentleman helped right away and had it shipped out. However, I didnt receive them in time.
