Overall best customer service online bar none. My husband and I purchased a king latex split mattress after several phone calls to Spindle over the summer. We had been on a search for a new mattress but none had been willing to discuss at length, if they were available to offer phone calls at all. We’d also been to a local retailer, an experience that can best be described as terrible. Kim was very patient and available to answer endless questions I had, as the more I researched, the more questions I had. Every aspect of my experience with him at Spindle was a five-star one. There was no sales pressure and he was wiling to discuss all options with me. Finally, he made an excellent recommendation re the firmness options and a date was set for shipping that worked well with our schedule. We are thrilled with our new bed (that included the foundation), concerns we had re assembly turned out to be unfounded and it had been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. We both sleep better on this mattress. I highly recommend this company.

The foundation makes a huge difference in the comfort of the mattress - don't skip this piece. This is our second purchase and we will continue to replace our old mattresses/box springs with Spindle.

I like the soft, but firm feel and comfort, no hot spots like most other mattresses. Will likely buy another one in the near future!

It's too soft. I got the firm, and it's squishy like a sponge. It hurts my back to sleep on it.

I bought a medium firm based on talking with someone at your company and telling them my height and weight. I couldn't get comfortable on the bed until I out a 2" memory foam topper on it.

Medium, too soft and so uncomfortable. It sinks my body, and then the spine does not align properly. Even firm spindle would not work for me since I tried that firmness level too.

Thank you for cutting the mattress to size. I know it's not something you usually do, but doing it for me made my year! Can't say enough good things about spindle!

Spindle service was great. Quick delivery. The bed took about an hour and a half to assemble, including the platform. The mattress is much heavier than I would have expected. No odor. Great motion control. Harder than I anticipated. I'm disheartened that my husband and I still turn as much as before b/c of pressure spots. I'm thinking about asking for an adjustment from the medium to the soft comfort level.

After a month of sleeping on it, it's ok, not really what I was expecting or hoping for. Hasn't helped my back pain. My husband has a bad back and it hasn't bothered him, he likes the bed. We got the medium density, almost not soft enough for me, which is very surprising to me. I always liked a firm bed. The bed is so low to the ground we had to rig up 4X4's into a frame, attach that to our frame then attached the wood frame that came with the bed to our 4X4 frame just to get it to a normal height. I wanted to put risers on the frame legs, husband likes to do things differently!

I like how it's all natural and doesn't offgas however I wake up with a sore back...the extra firm is not that firm in my opinion; as a result my back feels unsupported and sore in the morning

We got pillows with the mattress and love them.
