Shipping was super slow and not organized by shipping company. Basically they showed up without scheduling and I had to leave work for them to drop it off. On top item was rusting already on the backboard where the screws lie. For a pricey hoop, this should not be happening!

TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered the ball on 2 day mail service and didn't get the ball for over a week and got no notice or information about the ball not being there on time. Had to drive 45 miles to buy a different ball last minute. Safe to say I won't be ordering from Spalding ever again.

Nice equipment but it won’t attach to our current goal. Going to have to weld extra bracing on the back to be able to bolt on.

I was told the item would ship within 7-10 business days and it hasn't. I tried to email the customer service email that was provided and it came back undeliverable.

I called to ask about ordering a part for a basketball hoop and the representative was more than helpful in getting me what I needed!
