Great service. Great board
Excellent customer service. I emailed and got a response within a day answering my questions, good product knowledge, great product, fast shipping. Board is well made, looks better than my old cheap foamie, seems to be much better constructed. Only negative was the courier company damaged the box extensively. Hopefully a one off, or they should look at using a better courier. Board is nice, paddles fast. Still hasn't helped me stand up much tho! Be good to see wax included with every board, as it was super slippery out of the box.

Good and efficient delivery
I was pleased by the fast delivery to Perth, there was a minor hic up with some missing fins which was sorted out immediately by the softlite team, and also arrived very rapidly.

Ordered 7'6 chopstick and cover. Came from Sydney to Melbourne in 2 days so I was surfing that weekend. The friendly team also threw in wax which I hadn't ordered. Boards been great and would recommend to friends.

Excellent service but board creased after 3 surfs
Fantastic service, board was easy to catch a wave being 8ft. However, it has a crease underneath after 3 surfs. My daughter is disappointed.

My daughter loves her board and the fins were super easy to put in. It arrived so quickly- we live in regional Vic and it arrived in less than a week. We couldn’t be happier.
