Love this refreshing change to drinking water. It encourages me to drink more water daily, eliminates the heavy 12 pack beverage cans of sparkling water, and reduces the landfill’s with surplus cans.

I love my sodastream and I am trying some flavors now. I do find navigating the site tedious. I use other online ordering sites so I am not new at online ordering. I find this one difficult to navigate. When I need help, their customer service is excellent.

I ordered four cylinders. Only two were shipped, without return label. I filed a complaint. I received my last two cylinders, again without a return label. I have been trying for a week now and I can't even reprint my return labels.

I ordered the wrong CO2 canister and April helped me get the correct one and return the wrong one at no cost. I couldn’t be more pleased!!

Flavor bottles had leaked in shipping and made a mess. No return shipping label was provided for exchange gas cylinders. Got 404 error code when trying to log-in to my account for several days. Tried to contact customer service and they unilaterally ended the chat. Tried a second time and eventually go return label, but they did not address the other issues.

SodaStream makes it simple to exchange and recycle cylinders, and I appreciate their commitment to sustainability. We save money by not buying cans of sparkling water and feel good knowing we’re reducing waste at the same time.

The refill system is relatively easy although you do have to go to the post office to mail back the empty canister. Also, a little complicated to get the labeling for return. Should come with the replacement canister. Otherwise, a very good system.

The whole family loves it! So easy to use, and everyone drinks much more water(sparkling water) since we have the sodastream machine. It was surprisingly easy install it as well. Great decision to purchace one!

Easy process for replacement bottles

Great sodastream improvement!! Had my last one for 11 years and decided to upgrade. Wow, how much better is this?! Easier connection for gas cylinder, less gas used per bottle of water and so many more flavour choices. Wonder how even further improved it will be in 11 years!!!

I sent then empty CO2 back and the USPS accepted it. Yet its somehow my fault it never arrived?

I have just received the latest order of more syrup. The whole purchase was easy and the choices of flavours listed was in an order that made the chosen ones easy to find on the site. The delivery was to my door, which in a rural area, does not happen often.

We've purchased our cylinders twice now, and everything has been super smooth. Good price, excellent exchange policy, and I appreciate the email reminders for when the cylinders need to be sent back. Very pleased.
