My wife has been complaining for years about my snoring. After finding a snoring app, I realized off and on I snore all night long. I tried the spray and it seemed to work great, but then I ran out. I finally ordered a starter kit and found out the tabs work better for me. I still use the nasal spray or throat spray sometimes, but the tabs are my favorite. Right now on bad nights I only snore for 30 min. On good night's I'm down to 10 min.

Trial with this product
We have tried the treatment for 4 nights now. On the first night we noticed a difference but after that the snoring pattern returned. We will keep trying and attempt to couple the treatment with more sleep time.

Did not work for me
I have been using the product over 2 week now but my girlfriend said I still snore nothing change. I'm really disappointed!!!
