Even though I bought it the actual size that I wear and should have bought it a size smaller it is really making Me sweat without messing up My clothes. Therefore I believe I am sweating away a few inches without soaking My clothes and will be purchasing a smaller size one in a month to work on training My abs.

Definitely worth the price. Didn’t take forever to be delivered and it’s comfortable. Only thing I don’t like about waist trainers is it gives you back fat but I guess you gotta work out either way.

I wear this thing everywhere, use it when working out, around the house, walking my dog... Comfortable and breathable enough to wear under my clothes. After 10 minutes of working out, I sweat like I just ran a marathon!! Best money I have spent for workout cloths and help with my fat loss, I am buying the matching capri pants now to shape my entire body, love it!!!
