I am very happy with my new bed. It gives me the support and comfort I was looking for. The service I was given and the knowledge of the staff made it easy to pick a new bed!

Very happy. It was delivered when they said it would be. I didn't have to chase it up was notified of delivery date. Extra bonus of a sheet set arrived as well. Great service in store at Myer.

It's perfect. Thi at Sleepy's Oxley store was amazing. She asked me a lot of questions about my sleeping patterns and looked at my spine alignment. She picked the right mattress for me and I'm so happy.

It is supportive and satisfying. Also delivery service was really impressive, they were professional and cared. Will definitely buy next one in 10yrs :) I would recommend to others for sure!

We purchased a Coocoon King size bed. From a recommendation mind. From the first. Ugh this sleep it was like sleeping in the hand of God. It is heaven to go to bed we both sleep better than ever before & don't notice movements when we get up or down with each other. The delivery & installation was good, the guys new what they were doing & ensured the bases did not touch the ground in the rain. The Coocoon is everything we expected it to be. Like sleeping on a cloud. Thankyou.

It's so great even my dog puts her paws up on the bed for me to lift her up on the bed to go to sleep, and she is fussy where she sleeps. I bought my bed from Myer in Chatswood and the sales lady Julie from SleepMaker - her knowledge was so good and everything she organized with the price and delivery was spot on.

We purchased the mattress and base Gabrielle Cocoon from David Jones. We were looking for something which is very firm and supportive, and we were not disappointed. The mattress is quite steady, even if the person on the other side moves, thereby allowing an uninterrupted sleep.

Me and my wife recently got married and bought this bed for our new bed. I used to have Sealy bed before. Never really heard of SleepMaker before. We went into SleepMaker pop up shop at David Jones just to see what they had. Tried a few different ones there and also Sealy bed at different area and we absolutely love this mattress. This mattress is by far better for impact absorption. I used to move a lot on Sealy mattress and my wife hated feeling me moving. Once we changed to a Cocoon mattress my wife doesn't complain as she can't feel me moving! Also I don't move as much as before on this mattress, it must be more comfortable for my body. Very, very comfortable. This is one of the best investment we made for our new home. It has only been 2 months since we have been using this so I am not sure about durability yet, but to me it looks like overall very well built and made. Love to see how it goes after a year and two. Extremely happy customer here! Do some more marketing so people know you are great!

Our new mattress is fantastic. We are warmer and so much more comfortable! Thankyou!! The only problem was we had to chase up the delivery as David Jones Chermside forgot to submit the paperwork so we waited over three weeks after payment to receive it.

Mattress is great. I brought it from David Jones absolutely fantastic to sleep on. I was supposed to have free removal of the old bed. I made sure I checked at the store where the lady said that my old mattress and bed will be removed for free. All I have to do is dismantle it. So I checked and made sure she understood that I have a bed with slats and she was fine with this. When the bed arrived I had the old unit dismantled and ready to go. Delivery service said sorry no dice, they took the old mattress and left the rest. If I have a problem call sleepmaker. Honestly was just happy to have the new unit. I had to dispose of the old bed myself. But that was quite disappointing as I live in an apartment in the inner city. Their staff should he better briefed.
