Bed turned out to be firmer than expected and now needs topper pad for sleep comfort. Hopefully softens with age, seems to be made very well, but a little disappointed at how firm the mattress has turned out to be compared to when tried in store, which was a lot different!

We have recently purchased a Sleepyhead Swisstech bed. Absolutely love it. Bought all new bedding for it as had our previous Sleepyhead over 20 years and decided a new bed deserved new bedding. Best night's sleep I've had in a very long time.

Amazing comfy bed

We have suffered from a faulty Orthapedic Bed for years. Not fit for purpose. After repairs failing again, The replacement they sent was not fit for purpose. They are difficult to deal with and feel they advised badly on choosing a replacement bed.

Quite firm but understand this is normal. Also actual bed quite high so want to find out if I have been supplied standard kegs or shorter ones that I requested. I will contact Farmers Bayfair regarding this.

We were a bit hesitant to upgrade at first as sometimes it is better the devil you know. Our son who visits occasionally wanted his bed upgraded to a queen so it seemed like the perfect chance to upgrade ours and he could have our old one as he only stays occasionally (University Student). Our dealer was awesome as he made us try various options and we were eventually sold on the Sanctuary. It did take about a week to get used to the change as this was a bit firmer than our other one. We were well informed and prepared for this. Now that we have adapted we are having great sleeps. The matress feels like real top quality and we now look forward to going to bed at night time.

We bought the chiropractic because my husband wanted a firm bed. There is nothing wrong with your mattress - it is me. It was too hard for me. My husband is a vigorous sleeper and not having pocket springs is a disadvantage. We moved the new bed into the spare room, and retrieved our Sleepyhead Balance bed and ard both sleeping happily. When the time comes we'll get a new Balance. I do wish I'd known about the Sleepyhead test before we bought, as I certainly would not have acquiesced to the Chiropractor. I've found the test since, and guess what our best bed was? Balance. There is nothing wrong with your chiropractic as I said, and we will continue to be Sleepyhead customers. This mattress has changed the way I sleep, I feel a lot more refreshed although it makes me want to stay in bed longer. Definitely recommend the chiropractic beds I have the chiropractic kinetic (plush) from smith city.
