I could not be happier with my results from using juverderum in my top and bottom lip for the first time. Marie did an incredible job with guiding me through the process and explaining where she's injecting and why. I arrived 30 minutes early and had lidocaine put on immediately so by the time the injections started I felt absolutely nothing. I'm actually going back this friday to add a little more volume. Love, love, love!

Could be better

My first ever injection was done by Marie and it was Wonderful. I have told many people about how Amazing Marie and her Spa. Thank you so much for all you do and your great Staff at the Spa, from Russia w/Love!!!

The treatment was great, however, post treatment I had problems, and when I tried to contact you several times I received zero response. Additionally, I did not like the pressure to tip far beyond a normal tip percentage (20%) of that paid. Although I loved the treatment, and the person who performed the treatment was excellent as well, everything else went beyond falling short - in fact I would not award one star to the rest — hence the three star rating overall.

I have a three step skin tightening service done and it was fantastic. The technician was helpful and explained the process every step of the way. My husband even noticed how great my skin looked!

I felt comfortable in their clean, tastefully decorated environment and even more at ease with the services that were provided. From the intake until the time I walked out, any of the questions I had were answered intelligently from all staff, which has been an issue of concern at other spa's for me in the past. All procedures were explained fully, and even during, if I was going to feel anything at all. Thank you for a great experience - I will be back and have recommended this Spa already to friends and colleagues.

Service by Samantha was outstanding. Front desk and waiting area a little messy. Also had to wait. Front desk girl tried to upsell me first visit and method was too obvious and disgenuine. I would have preferred her give me a menu or mention the other services and specials available.

I have had 3 photo facials. The third one didn't turn out to how I thought it should. I was worried. I went back in to ask. They not only did another one but gave me product on them. This is a great example of making a bad day good. I will continue to go there for every service they have. Thanks again to you all for doing the right thing.
