Good value for money, very responsive customer service when I needed changes or had a question. The coverage in some parts of the US was not great but that may be a T-Mobile issue.

Very pleased - no tech issues, just swap card and turn phone on. Solid phone and internet service, good speed. Highly recommended! My travel was between England, Spain, then back to England.

Worked well in Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh Vietnam but hit and miss in central region, especially indoors - (4G) Worked poorly in Cambodia (Phnom Penh and Siem Reap) -(E or occasional 3G) Worked well in Luang Prabang Laos (4G) My brother had newer model iphone and was using an e-sim and got better coverage

I requested Europe but didn't
I requested Europe but didn't realise that Switzerland was not included so had to rely on a friend for phone use. In Italy it worked no problem. So only had connection for half of my trip.
