I placed my order on Dec 2 when they had a promotion at the top of the site saying "order by Dec 6th to get delivery by the 14th". Sounded great, on the 9th it still hadn't been "processed" according to the website. I sent in a message asking what was up since I was guaranteed delivery by the 14th. They responded "it takes 3-7 business days for orders to process" When I pointed out that it was the 9th and so it was 7 days later and it hadn't been processed they came back with "Oh sorry I meant to say 3-# days to process". Even though the 7 and the # keys are no where near each other for that kind of typo. Anyways, after that response I pointed out that while that might be true their promotion said it would be delivered by the 14th and it hadn't even shipped yet. I got no response from that help chat but I did get a shipping emailing an hour later. In the end it showed up later than their "guaranteed" delivery date anyways. Also their customer service might want to be told their website which says "Orders may take up to 3 business days to process. " not 1-7 or 1-#.

took little long to get them ready for shipping bought them as gifts had to send email as to why there was no update after 3 weeks so they didn't come in time as expected date but I guess they did the best they could maybe they should provide alerts
