I found ShopJimmy because they were the only place that even carried a replacement part for my dryer and even they don’t carry new parts. That particular part is used and I knew that when I ordered it. When I got the part, it did not work. So I went through the return exchange policy on the website, which was very easy to navigate. It gave me the return label and I was expecting to wait a week before I got my replacement part, but I’m pretty sure they sent it out before I even had my return in the mail. Needless to say the replacement got here the next day and worked perfectly all free of charge. Very satisfied with how they handled the situation.

I ordered a Control Board for my Micro Wave oven from ShopJimmy. The first board worked but only partially. ShopJimmy quickly shipped a replacement while my return was in transit. The 2nd board was missing a connector and ShopJimmy shipped a replacement next day air. The 3rd board was the charm. It worked perfectly. I have a functioning Micro Wave oven at a great price. The support to correct the faulty product was excellent (stuff happens). I highly recommend ShopJimmy and will use them again for appliance parts.

I couldn't be happier. ShopJimmy had the exact part that I needed to repair our washing machine for less than 1/4 the price seen on the LG site: $18. 99 on ShopJimmy vs $82. 95 on the LG site. The part (the power cable for our washing machine) was in stock at ShopJImmy and was received just four days after I placed the order. The LG site indicated that the power cable was discontinued, not currently in stock, but available for order with an estimated return-to-stock one month away. I had our washing machine up and working within 10 minutes of getting the package with the part out of our mailbox.

Once the circuit boards were replaced, the tv is working like new now. Very pleased. The install was very easy.

Excellent place to buy parts. Out vacuum is functioning great again. Much cheaper than buying a new one. The components are quite easy to swap out on these.

Part fit on the rack perfectly, but the tines did not stand up at the right angle when upright. they were way too far over. This was pretty easily fixed by using a pliers to bend the ends to the same angle as the original.

All went well, power supply had bad capacitors so I thought all I needed was the power supply but unit came on them off . Won’t stay on so needs main board as well. Need to order that!
