I ordered a upper 5 days before Christmas I received free shipping, I wasn't planing on seeing it till after the first of the year but the morning of Christmas eve it arrived. I have ordered from all most every online store that's in the gun and gun parts business and shooters warehouse is the best both on shipping and taking care of customers.

I bought 500 rounds of 9mm ammo and the price was some of the cheapest online. The free ground shipping was nice too.

Great people and mean well. Good customer service but things don't always show when they should and if you order online it is difficult to reach them. Otherwise these are guns and what do we expext? It's all difficult from time to time. Would I purchase from them again? The answer is yes! Good deals and they deliver what they promise. Just might take longer than you're promised.

Love the no tax and free shipping. Only thing I would change is the price match guarantee. It is hard to get a hold of you and using the net price after taxes is uncommon in the retail setting.
