the Shelley arrived 2 days after ordering

I ordered the product one night online. I didn't receive a confirmation email so I wasn't sure if the order had gone through or not. About four days later after no communication I phoned the shop. A lovely lady said it wasn't in stock and they were waiting for a delivery which they would then post onto me the following day. This wouldn't have been so much of a problem if I had received an email or phone call to advise me of this. Apart from that everything was great. Delivered ensembled which was brilliant.

Shipping seems a bit pricey but its very quick. My box was battered on arrival though but luckily my sholley was unharmed

The box it arrived in was huge! when unpacked the handle locking devices do not sit even on the handlebars! apart from that its great and has helped my Mother-in-law immensely with her shopping and general mobility.

Shipping was delayed by a day was supposed to be delivered Thursday but didn't arrive till Friday.
