All of the staff I have encountered in the Seafolly stores have all been incredibly helpful, friendly & pleasant. Seafolly’s customer service is the best I have witnessed.

The order was dispatched very quickly and efficiently.

I returned a few items in store 2 weeks ago but I was told there's no acknowledgement slip or anything, and until now I haven't received any email or any form of update about the return status so I hope you look into improving the process and communication for in store returns

I never have any problems with the order process, I am kept informed of the progress of delivery, is delivered within the week usually, in recyclable packaging.
