I absolutely love Sally beauty!

I have deal reminder on for my phone number, but the system sent me the same exact message five separate times within the span of ten minutes. It even sent it again after I sent STOP before it finally accepted the opt out. I believe Sally’s is reliable, but the spamming is annoying and honestly extremely infuriating.

Sales associate was very helpful when I was unable to locate an item in the store. I always enjoy shopping at Sally’s because they offer beauty products at such a great price!

I decided I wanted to dye my hair a little bit darker, but it did not turn out well and I did not know what to do! I went to Sally beauty looking for something that could take out my toner and was helped by the most compassionate woman, Maria at the Thousand Oaks store location and she guided me through the step-by-step process on what to do and I was able to get my hair color back and better than before! If I could give my experience six stars, I would!

I currently live in Manchester, but due to my job I find myself in Derry two times a day. I have now visited the Sally beauty store in Derry three times. I will keep visiting. I have been to other Sally’s in the city I live and they are disgusting and rude. Lola, is one of my favorite employees always willing to help always willing to recommend something. Just a pleasant employee. They know their stuff in the store is nice.

Last week I went into Sallys at their Owings Mills, MD location. There were three ladies working. They immediately stopped what they were doing to greet me and ask if I needed any help. I asked which aisle the combs were in. One of them told me where they were. The next thing I knew, she had walked to the aisle to show me and pointed out the different selections. One of the other ladies did a price check and the other rang my item up. All three of them helped me. They were each pleasant, friendly and helpful. Even though I only went in for a comb, the catered to me like I was making a huge purchase. I asked for their names because I wanted to write a review to make sure they are recognized for the awesome customer service they provide. Their names are Ramata, Camelle and Jessica. You ladies ROCK!! Keep up the good work!

Sally's always does good they mail me my stuff clearance is pretty good too I am a pro stylist and I normally go to cosmoprof or State beauty but it's good to have Sally's if I'm in a pinch and the other places are closed. I do like getting my disinfectant here, Absolute Perfection also
