I ordered my moldavite on 12/29/18 It is now 1/25/19, still I have not gotten it yet. I have been very patient and it has been well past the 2 week guaranteed money back. How do I contact customer service? I'm in Michigan not overseas I'm sure it should have been here by now

David always answered me very fast. He helped me to think of the best way to deal with customs duties, and although it may not have happened as expected, it is to be noted that he is genuinely concerned about the customer. I received the moldavite in excellent condition!

Great pricing for the value you're getting and I think it's better to support a Czech business specializing on this mineral instead of a random reseller from elsewhere (also some of other stones I've seen elsewhere online looked suspect.)
