I was recently in a very bad Scooter Crash! I broke eight Ribs punctured my lung, Broke my Collar Bone, Broke my Shoulder, my scapula was over my shoulder. So, I just had a baby 4 months ago. I started a new whole food lifestyle and researched some organic protein drinks. I truly hated those old standard shakes that was filled with preservatives, fake sweeteners and just made your stomach feel awful! Although this is not THAT kind of shake, I drink 1 shake with organic soy/ almond/cow milk with a banana in the morning before yoga or a workout.
