Excellent product and customer service
It’s the best thing ever for hot sleepers. I chose the wrong color by mistake and had used a coupon code. The customer service representative allowed me to retroactively apply the expired coupon code on my replacement order and I was able to return the original item with no issues.

Sloppy production... paid too much for this product
Given the price of these sheets I would have thought they would have been better made. The thread on the underside of my sheets doesn't match and looks sloppy.

The spa towels are the best I have ever found! They are absorbent and lush-feeling without the plushy, fluffy, fuzzy nonsense of other towels. The available colors are subtle and refreshing, but a few more options would be nice, too. They wash and wear beautifully, too.
