I bought Magformers 62 PCS Set on the 19/05/2022 they took the money out on the 20/05/2022 its now the 6th of september 2022 and its still prossing and have yet to get the iteam in qustion, Ive sent e-mails and have rang countless of times with no responce nor reply at this point its way long over due and i am stating that they have stolen my money as i have nothing to show for it beisde a invoice, Do not use this site they have NO customer care at all.

I ordered products from this company for a birthday. They were over 1 week overdue when I finally managed to cancel via paypal. The communication was appalling, and very unhelpful. My first review on here was deleted as it was not positive, and then the link to the complaint company, does not even have their company on the website. Awfyl awful - DO NOT USE, complete scam artists - did not even get my postage amount refunded!

Absolutely dreadful service and no response whatsoever. I ordered something on 12th July due to arrive within 7 working days, still not arrived, and no one is replying to my emails, and cant find a phone number. It is for a Birthday this week, which shall obviously not arrive for now.

I didn't receive my order after 45 days of waiting, email them after a week and they said it was lost in transit and I'll receive it as soon as possible. Since then nothing, sent countless emails unanswered, the phone number is never answered, I don't know how to get to them. So if you buy from here consider your money wasted. They are also deleting all bad reviews.

AWFUL COMPANY. 3 months of waiting and my order never arrived and my money never refunded. After 2 weeks I email them and they said it was lost in transit and a new product will be sent ASAP. After that countless emails and phone calls went unanswered. I guess I'll have to report it to Ombudsman Services.

For some reason they forgot all about my order. They were very apologetic when I contacted them and sorted it out quickly after that.
