My original receiver in my Headplays was defective and I was getting really poor range with it. Rangevideo sent me a new receiver free of charge (warranty). I installed it and was blown away by the extra range I was getting!

These guys are top notch!!! The Headplay viewer is an excellent product and Range stood behind it and fixed an issue at no cost to me. Quick, amazing service makes lifetime customers and they are spot on!

I fully expected to pay for the damaged power cord .. I am most pleased with the excellent and prompt service. surprised too!! I did not like bouncing around to find ,get or recover a password .. just to get a form to repair something. remember us older folks are not computer nerds.

Arrived for 10 days via cheapest usps shipping to Kazakhstan, tested, got nice clear video from gopro4 BE, latency about 0.12~0.47 depend on resolution, much more cleaner and convinient way for fpv wiring, about charging I can't say that it really charge, for testing I've used several type of BEC, apparently it provide sufficient power to make it live and record (at least for 1080k 60fps) and doesn't enough for charging, once you full charged you no need to worry.
