Immediate help in time of need
When I received the envelope from Ramjet I just glanced inside and saw the CD. I didn't realize I was to look for an email with the key and Link to activate my purchase. Here I am with one day off to do my taxes right before the deadline 5 months after I bought the TurboTax and I can't get into the product. They answered me immediately and gave me the information I needed. Thank you thank you.

Stay Away This company sells software without activation codes that work. They don't respond to voicemail messages and had a BOT responding to emails that is designed to frustrate and delay

Taxes made easier and very correct. We love it and use it year after year. Never have had any problem. This software takes the work and worry out of tax filing....

Download for Turbo Tax didn't work. Haven't got a refund yet. Horrible!
Ordered two versions of turbo tax for 2022; couldn't open either. They kept sending me the same email over and over with the same license number which didn't work. It kept saying the maximum downloads had been reached. I couldn't even get 1 download of either. Had to reorder directly from turbo tax. Will never order from Walmart/Ramjet again. Haven't yet got a refund.
