So I typed MX65 into the search window and ordered the only item that came up. I got excited when the rack showed up and I sent it to the site that was needing it. Upon its arrival (like 4 weeks at this point) I was told the rack doesn't fit. Well, it turns out that when I typed MX65 the rack for the MX67 actually came up. So now we have a rack that doesn't work for our router that we cannot return without paying another $50 in shipping and $50 in customs.

I paid for a liftgate delivery. The trucking company called and said they were coming on a Wednesday by noon. I called them at 12:30, they said they were close. They never came. Their excuse was they were using a dock truck and could they bring it the next day. I said no. I had to get them to call you so I could go to their location to pick up the unit. I don't know where the ball dropped but I didn't like it.
