Like Other reviews, I’ve read the Wine opener doesn’t hold its charge. The opener was replaced, but the same thing happened to the new one. Customer service says there is no warranty on a replacement opener. It hasn’t been used more than six times. Perhaps they make a cheaper version for Costco and that is why the batteries don’t work. Luckily, I can return this to Costco and get my money back, but I would’ve rather had lifetime brands stand behind their product and make this right.

Ordered with about a week to spare between delivery and Christmas and after my building couldn't find the package with it being marked as delivered by the carrier, customer service quickly shipped out a replacement free of charge and it arrived before Christmas. Ultimately the original shipment arrived and they said enjoy a second one on them. Now the gift receiver and I both have great new openers. Thanks!

If I could give zero start I would. I purchased the Rabbit wine opener in December 2021. The opener stopped working within the year, so I was sent a replacement. The opener sat in the box for a year then I decided to use it and within a year it stopped working again. Customer service says that because it is more than a year old it is no longer under warranty, so my only option is to buy another one. I used it less than a dozen time so don't waste your $$.

We loved this opener. . . . but now is will not stop. It keeps turning and will not stop. Stops only if we put the charger into the base. help

Worked great until it didn’t… less than a year of use and doesn’t charge enough anymore more and stops half way through the cork! Have the set and for what I paid … very disappointing!
